1. Consulting & Strategy Services
All consulting sessions, workshops, and IT strategy meetings are non-refundable once the service has been delivered. These services involve professional time and expertise that cannot be returned once provided.

2. Custom Projects & Software Development
For larger projects such as automation solutions, cloud consulting, or custom software:

Deposits and setup fees are non-refundable, as they secure resources and planning.

If a client cancels a project before significant work has been completed, Solvia Consulting may, at its discretion, issue a partial refund based on the proportion of work completed.

Once substantial development or delivery has been completed, no refunds will be granted.

3. Digital Deliverables
If digital products, templates, or downloadable materials are provided, these are considered final sales and are non-refundable once delivered.

4. Commitment to Client Satisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with any service, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. While refunds may not always be possible, we will work with you to provide revisions, adjustments, or a credit toward future services whenever reasonable.
